Is there any way to play third-person or is it only first-person?

I can't find it, and I'm expecting only first-person, but I just wanted to make sure.

Open console by pressing the ~ key over the tab key. Type in 'thirdpersonshoulder' and it will allow you to play in 3rd person. Keep in mind that while using this third person perspective your aim will be way off, and shotgun sound files wont play.

If youre running a singleplayer game where you can enable cheats then use the first 'thirdperson' command. it will give you a 3rd person view without throwing your aim off too much. 'thirdperson' will only work on cheat enabled servers whereas 'thirdpersonshoulder' will work anywhere at anytime.

Theyre fun to use in casual games, but i dont reccomend using them in game modes and difficulty levels where good aiming is crucial

i use thirdperson. your aim will be off at first, if you use this guide, it fixs the aim great.
