"Out of Range" Displayed upon startup? [Solution]
Alright... so whenever I try to play L4D2, it starts it but instead of the loading screen/intro or anything, it says 'Out of Range' in my monitor's notification thing, like when its not connected to a computer but powered.
I tried to defrag my computer, but any suggestions?

EDIT: I reinstalled the game. Still doesnt work.
Also, I've been able to play L4D2 before in the past on this same computer.

SOLUTION
It was the resolution being too high for my monitor to display the game.
To fix this problem with YOUR monitor saying "Out of Range" upon starting L4D2,
Game Library > Left 4 Dead 2 > Right click > Properties > Set Launch Options
> Then put in " -w 1280 -h 1024 "

-w |Horizontal length
-h |Your Vertical Length
