Hell no! Keep it!
Let's not forget a important point. There are 2 sides to a story. Perhaps YOU were the problem. Perhaps YOU shot teammates too much & the 3 of them had enough. Perhaps YOUR performance was poor. Maybe think about what your actions before passing judgement on others.
As much as I somewhat agree, this does not really solve the problem. Threads such as this should be locked and / or deleted by Valve. The person should also get warnings to stop posting threads such as this & ban them if they keep whining.
No offense. But people that start these typical - good - for - nothing threads are the annoying ones. Posting about the vote kick system won't change anything. You should say your thoughts to Steam support about anything related to Steam online games.
russians arent a race. they are people of a country.... get ur facts straight m8
Your beyond reach with a statement like that.
Having said that, you'll find varying behavior between people of different counties. I've rarely encountered Russians, but haven't had any problems with them. However, I can't say the same for some other countries. Particularly areas south of China.
Being russian is not a "race".
