Hidden messages 1: the charger
In all Valve games there is something hidden in their, some unsettling eater egg or an uncanny voice clip. For Portal its the Ratman dens, for TF2 its cp_cloak, and for Half life its the zombie sounds. But none it seems for Left 4 Dead. You might be thinking "Well it's a horror game right? No need to make it scarier". I would beg to differ on the "horror" aspect, but yes it does seem unecessary. Infact, I didn't even try to find this message. I was actually just admiring the creativity an creepines of infected sounds when I noticed something. When listenning to the charger there is a clip where it seems like he is saying something (but the disease is making it difficult to translate) I listened about three times when I realized he was saying "I can't control it, I can't control this freaking arm!" That creeped me out extremley. I listened to other voice clips and some of his grunts actually sounded like "HELP!" much like the headcrab zombies say " Oh please god help!, Help me!".Then I looked back at the other voice clips and I also realized that some of the grunts sound like talking. I am stil working on decifering these clips and help would be aprecciated. Thank you.

Can you point out the sound files? Or, maybe post them to YouTube?

My thoughts, as per OP's suggestions:

0:09 - It definitely sounds like he's saying "I can't control this arm"
0:33 - "oohh, you're dead!"
0:36 - "grrrggghh, this thing can't control me" His voice kind of trails off.
0:40 - this isn't it, but it kinda sounds like he's saying "the chafing!" lol
0:43 - "I can't control it!"
0:44 - "im goin' to kill ya'!"
0:45 - "I'm gon' get'ya!"
0:47 - "My (face/flesh?) (is/it's?) _____(?)" Anyone have any ideas?

Top notch, OP - and thanks for bringing it to our attention.
A welcome change of pace from the ridiculous flood of L4D3 and 'OMG HE KIKT M3' threads.

The sounds of SIs are performed by human actors/actresses, which is mentioned in the Developer Commentary.
I can see there are some lines hidden there. Charger always says "mustachio" to me.

Mustachio...maybe that's why his arm is so large - from whacking that damn machine so much.

It's in either L4D1 or L4D2 that you can hear the common infected yelling something like "and this is when I got scared", kind of creepy. That and "run for your lives!"

The "I cant control this freaking arm" sounds absolutely nothing like that.
From the posted video and theories, the only one that sounds remotely like warped dialogue is "Grgrghrhrh, This thing cant control me~" at 0:36.

Tried.

I work with sound using Audacity and ACIDX. Still sounds nothing like it.

Warped distortion through Phasers, Wahwah settings, Dry / Wet Echo and pitch-shifting doesnt yield any sort of similar result.

Granted he may say some words, but the point is that if something is so heavily distorted it is virtually unrecognizable unless you are specifically looking for said phrasing, is it actually really there?
