Bodies disappearing and no gore in singleplayer.
I live in Australia, and when I bought L4D2 the patch making the game uncensored hadn't come out yet, so I had the censored version for a while. Obviously now the patch has been installed, and in the Multiplayer options there is a gore option, the options being high or low, except there are no such options for singeplayer, which still has disappearing corpses and no blood or gore. I've looked but there aren't any options to change this for singleplayer. Could anyone help me out here by telling me what's going on?

Apparently the so-called MP gore also affects single player. Turn it to HIGH (if you haven't already), otherwise try http://www.left4gore.com/ if it still doesn't work.
