Hi. It's a DLC. Did you check it ? Right click on game > Properties > DLC.

I play for 2 years ... not a timed version is the complete version. It was a few days free for promotion in 2013.

If no one comes up with a answer here. Why don't you submit a support ticket to Steam? They will have the answer.
