how do i get bill's hat
i have L4D2 but why cant i get bill's hat?
i already have elli's cap pls give me tips for this

The Bill's Hat was only a promotional item to get if you preordered L4D2 before it came out. The Ellis Cap and Frying Pan are the only items recieveable when you buy L4D2.
