I appreciate it I’m currently going for a Achievement where I need to kill 20 Jockeys with Shovels on Pitchforks I’m sticking to shovels since their more common

I would stick to the shovel due to the pitchforks huge inaccuracy and the fact that you mostly hit the legs before hitting the body with it due to it's weird up strafe first attack. Shovels are your best bet as you said.
