Will this run on Intel HD Graphics 530?

Sorry if this is a really stupid question: I'm not usually a PC gamer so I don't know much about graphics cards etc, but I just thought since the game is on sale so cheap today, came out in like 2009, is it worth a try to buy/run this without a high end setup, on my computer's Intel graphics or is that just not going to happen? I've seen some people say its possible. Does anyone know if this would work or am I crazy to even think so? Thanks!

For reference if it helps I run in an Intel HD Graphics 4000, I think 1440 resolution 100 fps and fullscreen ultra wide 2540x1080 everything on low 30-40 fps.

Back then, this game could even run in Windows XP system with 4 gb of RAM . So, there's no need to doubt any longer.

the guy was almost running it on max setting just effect to medium instead 720p so should run i believe.
