Character moving a little when i use with controller

okay so i don't know what's going on but i have a little concerned now i was gonna play on dead center and when it load my character starting to move a little and i fear i got a drift but when i test it on another game (like cyberpunk, fc3 blood dragon for instant) my controller didn't drift and i'm wondering whats going on why is it doing that and how do i fix it? does anyone encounter this before? (FYI: my controller is an PDP xbox 360 afterglow wired and i test other controllers and they fine as well)

again i test other games and there's no drift and i don't know why it only effect this i just start this game up

You can probably solve this problem by increasing the deadzone of your controller. You can change this in the steam controller settings if you are using steam input

Hold up dead zone? And honestly that the steam input I’m using but don’t know which one and also here’s the weird part at the menu the mouse arrow also move a little and again I have no idea what’s going on and I still wonder how do I stop it and fix it

okay i still need to know what's going like again does anyone have this before like my wired controller i got for example? or is it some sort opf bug that need to be fix?

Alright update:I manage to fix it by changing the deadzone which I manage to figure out by googling but I have concerned

1.what is a deadzone and does it go away/fix?

2.will it come back or no? That I just need to change it and that’s it?
