Stutter & Teleport only on someone else's host
Ok so for the past 3 days I have been having a weird teleporting and stutter issue. At first I was honestly worried my computer was beginning to fail cause the lost frames were very similar to a failing CPU; but I ran thru some modded maps today solo & I had ZERO issues. 4 separate maps, not even a glitch or lost frame, at least not that I could see.

Bios is updated. In fact everything is up to date except an optional security issue, which i'm really not worried about. Integrity checked, passed with no issues.

Any ideas? Also I don't run many mods outside of maps, but any QoL mods that might help?

OS: Windows 10 Home
CPU: Intel(R) 630 8th gen @2.20 Ghz
GPU: Nvidia GTX 1060(I know its old, don't be mean)
MB: Alienware 0WCNK6(U3E1)
Late edit: Forgot to mention its a Solid State hard-drive.

SLI is Disabled. NGL, I have no idea what that means. Just saw it displayed and figured i'd share it.

teleporting isnt a pc issue its a network issue either youre lagging or the host is from africa
check your ping and do a network test if its not you it must be someone elses crappy hosting and 1060 isnt old it can run almost every game except for the ones that released this and last year

My ping to my primary server stays around 30-40 ms. With no strain I get around 35 MB download(latency 220) and around 1.20 upload(latency 610). To my knowledge that should be good.

When I was hosting on a local server thru l4d it was saying my ping was 5-18 MS, but I think it was saying that with alot of people so idk how reliable that info is.

host a versus lobby and play on it a little you shouldnt lag on your own host if you start lagging i suggest calling a priest for an exorcism

Currently the DDOS isn't going, for now anyway; been good for the past 3 days.

Also this particular issue has nothing to do with it. Over the years i've been hit directly, been on a server that was hit, been hosting a server when another player got hit & been hosting a local that got hit. So i have more or less learned to tell the differences.
