Well according to this, ur game is most likely missing a model which is prohibiting a scripted or mandatory model from running or loading. I'm guessing its the latter, but I have no idea what it could be.
See if u can load part 2 & above of the Passing?
Then look for a file labeled addonlist(.txt). Copy this file and place it on your desktop. Then open the original file (at the location above), go to 'edit' at the top, then click 'replace'. In 'find what', add this: "1". Then in 'replace with', add this: "0". Save the file, then right click it and go to properties. Under attributes, click 'read-only'.
This will force all your addons to be disabled by default, which can't be re-activated because the file is read-only. Now test the areas you were crashing before. If you don't crash, then it's clearly an addon.
and since the fallen survivor spawns on The Passing and Chapter 3 of No Mercy it makes sense
