rx 590 gme,not enough fps

I used to play at 200 fps right now it doesn't rise above 70 and sometimes even below 30. In other games, the fps remained just as large.The video card does not overheat and keeps its frequencies.i5-10400F and rx590 GME processor and 24gb ram.What's wrong?

What fps do you get with -vulkan parameter?

It helped to increase FPS, but stability was gone.Every few seconds, the game freezes for half a second.

Thats normal for vulkan because it compiles shaders on the fly, it will store them in a cache so it wont happen again for same shaders. Also i recommend updating the included DXVK dll for it.
