How to block/avoid china server

I don't know if i'm just very damn unlucky keep joining china server one and another no matter how many time i block them another one came, even mm_dedicated_search_maxping didn't help as it still put me in with 300+ ping with many stupid mandarin text above my screen

Try to manually browse a server then. There's a setting to filter servers based on ping/ latency, so you can get servers with low ping with that.

i forgot mention openserverbrowser, i tried before and 50-100 latency shows nothing and above that will show PLENTY china server, i'm convince asia region is full of china server. Am i doing something wrong?

Somehow in my game, some servers still showed up even after I sorted based on <100 latency on "openserverbrowser". Probably different regions have different results.

If you're not getting L4D2 official dedicated Asia server, try waiting for a bit longer, it happens to me before, somehow it scans the HK servers first

Oh, careful using openserverbrowser cause it's not filtering friends only and private only servers, i joined what i believe is a random friends only server.

Happens to me all the time, I'd say half of them are cool with me joining and "prob" carrying the entire team, considering most of them are new players, and half of them just straight up votekicking me right after joining in. Tip is to treat them nicely, fill them up with pills and adrenalines, heal them with first aid kits and whatnot, maybe they'll change their mind.

sometimes you'd have to spend minutes, sometimes an hour just to look for a server you want to play using the browser because you'll get kicked most of the time, also i believe they wont remove those chyng servers they already tried in the last update (alot were gone & u can click quick play withouth joining any of those servers), but their back, we cant just click quick play now and find a NORMAL game times have changed, also i believe these servers are run by the CCP and to collect data and info, my advice would be to block the host of the server/someone from the server, and u wont join them again, ive blocked over 400 of these things and most of them either have New profiles, private profiles, or Bot profiles AND still keep joining, also u can try the IP blocker on ur Computer but its takes ALOT of time since u have to find the server IP copy/paste and do some manual stuff FOR EACH server you joined, this method does work, but i STILL keep joining because theres like thousand/millions of these servers
