For some reason they gave out censored version of demo with CSS guns for some regions on 360. Same happened to me when i downloaded from marketplace but i found uncensored one somewhere else.

Last time I was 15 and wanted l4d2, I installed a gaming software called "Garena"
You have to download a specific version of the game from a site called "thepiratebay"
Then you can use that to connect to online services with others that use "Garena".
