THANKS!!! SOLVED MY PROBLEM!
I just needed to gain administrator access to the file, and after that I was able to delete it.
Ok, im gonna try to explain this as simply as I can (Pray for me)
1. Right click fastprox.dll
2. Click "Properties" then click the "Security" tab at the top
3. Click "Advanced" at the bottom, another window will open up
4. Near the top there is the listed "Owner" of the file, next to it is "Change", click it and another window will open. The new window will have 3 text blocks, you need only to focus on the bottom one
5. Type your windows username (Not to be confused with your Microsoft username) into it. If you dont know what it is, you can find it in "C:\Users" on file explorer
There will be 2 folders in that directory, one titled whatever your username is and one called "Public", ignore "Public"
6. Type your username into the 3rd box, then click "Check Names" on the far right, then click OK, then click "Apply" in the previous window, and now you may close Properties and remove the file
As for "wmiprvse.exe", you can close it in Task Manager
I just tried that but for some reason it still doesn't work. It still says I need permission from the exact user I just typed in.
1. Reopen properties, go to security tab, click advanced
2. In the "Permission Entries" block, click the one labelled "Users", then under the block click "Edit"
3. Check the box labelled "Full Control", then OK
4. Click "Apply" and then you can close properties and remove the file
Aight, that did it. Had to constantly close Intel and Rayzer ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ in the Task manager to finally get it deleted but now it works. I just hope nothing bad happens now.
Either way, thank you very much for the help. That was unironically the best IT support I received for my dumb ass in a long time.
