Dead Center actually......bugged?

Let me explain myself....since a long time ago, even months, when i play on default dead center, things are...weird, for example, before the survivors meet themselves in the elevator, Nick already knows the Ellis name, (basically, when i play as Ellis, and shoot Nick, he says ''Ellis, c'mon'') and most of 'em already know the special infected's names, when they should know 'em in the second stage of DC, and talking 'bout that, when i play the next stages, they dont talk, dont mention nothing 'bout Savannah, or going to the guns's store, and this lack of dialogues affects the next stages as well, but doesnt happens to me in the other official L4D2 campaigns, thats why i think the DC campaign its bugged or so.
Of course, i tryed uninstalling and checking the game each time, but same thing happened over and over, even without mods, keeps happening, im not disgusted, but confused, beacuse idk what else i can do, apart of ignoring that campaign, thats why im writing this bible, for knowing if im the only one whos suffering this, and if i should ask for help or what.

i have no idea what you're talking about, have you tried to verify game files ? because in my game none of these things happen like you said.

I did it already, it didnt worked

maybe its because of the addons you use, such as workshop addons, check them ?

Your configs get uploaded to Steam Cloud. Once you reinstall left4dead, Steam Cloud might be installing your previous configs.
The process might be simpler than the one i'm about to link you, but this is what i found:
