Targeted by ddos attack script

I cant play the game anymore online because i was targeted by a ddos script that find whatever server you play on and nukes it. Anyone have a fix?

"Make a bind to change your in-game name via setinfo name texthere. Your in-game name resets to your profile name every loading screen, so I suggest you put the bind on a Function key (IE. F11/F12/F3/ect.) so that you can use it on load-screens. Function keys work outside of live games. This is also luck timing too, because the server caches your name for 5minutes every now and then to things like Gameservers.com. Meaning that you need to make sure to change your name immediately every load, if not in the middle of the load. I'd say spam the bind during load but I don't know if that might crash you."

OP in the response to it try verifying your files for left 4 dead 2 a friend of mine had something awry with 1 and had to be patched. dont know if this is a 100 percent fix but i figure the ddos worm infected the files of x amount of people just verify and repair.

It affects everyone. It is not a worm, it is on the servers themselves

It would be better if they could just play normally. The only way is to get the ban appealed and yes it is a ban, but some ppl will probably never be unbanned cause they dont wanna bow down to someone like that but even i did it and now i dont have to worry about being ddosed and ruining lobbies for everyone
