Why are the witches attracted to the sugar mill?
in hard rain a MINIMUM of 20 witches will spawn and a max of 30, why this is i have no idea anywon know why they're there?

read the Wiki it's theorized that the Sugar is what draws that many to the Mill which would make sense if you read on how the Infection affected them before they became Witches.

They want to get diabetes in hopes that they can die much faster because of their miserable lives.

P.S. If you have a problem with them just shoot em to death with the semi-auto shotgun while burning them with a molotov.

good stratagy but there is not semi auto shotgun... either pump action or auto.
