Btw i just saw other users comments on your profile and a lot of ppl are upset with you, Bruh you dont get enough attention in real life so you troll random people?
Conclusion: A weirdo
I think Quake 3 Arena was the first in this class.
Wow, you sure have a lot of games. You play them all?
This game does have a story, its being told throughout players voice lines. Very unique way but people tend to not care or even notice, so they miss a lot of critical points.
its not a story and it's not coherent or wide enough to be called one.
Don't play a Valve game then if you want the story to be spoon fed to you like a baby. Valve uses the environment to tell the story.
its a poor excuse for a story and "usage of environment" to tell a story can be said about any game. don't speak so confidently about things you don't understand and interpret based off of nothing.
So in short, if you only see stories as something to decide whether the game is good or bad, that's not valid enough. Well, again, it's your own opinion, so it's fine if you think that way
lack of story in this game is lame.
its a coop game with characters and the story would make it way better than that excuse of a story they have rn.
environmental storytelling was never bread and butter. no kind of storytelling was their game's defining aspect. literally not a single game.
Stop denying facts for the sake of getting jester awards, come on man. Tell me why you think Valve games were successful in the first place.
