Theory: was Coach responsible for the green flu?

You may be familiar with the 2009 horror/comedy film Zombieland, which grossed over 100 million USD at the box office. In Zombieland, the virus originates from a contaminated burger.

Coming back to L4D, it’s possible that the green flu originated from a contaminated burger, consumed by Coach. Whilst Coach himself wouldn’t have been infected due to him being a carrier, he would’ve spread the flu to all those around him.
