Use a 'my-twitch-url' name when playing, 2% of people may respect that, which isn't much, but it's a start. FPS is full of kids, not much we can do about it. On rare occasion people may also behave marginally better if they know they're being broadcast.

twitch are oversensitive, and people love to report the tiniest transgression, even if it's obviously an accident and the streamer had no way of knowing.
