Our ping suck in Peru. Horrible ping. And we have other culture very different. They just troll all the time and we not. Anyway the ping is the problem. Maybe somebody in Steam missed the greography class? WTF man? 400 ping 300 ping? why? Brazil its okey... but no Peru. Steam keep showing us Peru games and allowing peru people to join our games with bad ping and doing trolling between 2.

Change your download region to somewhere else. Your pings probably won't improve, but you can still blame Peru for your slow connection. I recommend Istanbul.

Honestly i congratulate you , you know 4 languages and maybe you are more educated than many of us,no joke, but all this thing you posted and all you are saying just show up how all that money and/or time invested in your education didnt make you a better person, the next time you get to think in post things like that you should first figure out how to change your download location instead of bad mouth a whole country and spread your lack of ethics and values (certainly a class you never went throught in school) all over this forums, we already have a lot of troubles with the gaming community, to add a little "highly-educated" dude who cant solve him/her own computer issues and instead just rant about his/her prejudices about certain country or kind of people in a gaming forum.
