Connection Failed After 10 retries Fix?

So i have this issue when i join in a Server (any mode) and i want to find a solution for this issue

I tried everything and nobody knows a solution. All of the answers I get are: it's your internet's fault.

if you're having this error on joining every server. you probably have special infected mods with bad/poor rig. try to disable one by one. this also happens from weapon as well. i had this issue with Halloween Boomer before, the lastest was shotgun mod

Yes, I tried to uninstall some weapons/infected mods and it worked "apparently" because when I joined a server it happened again, but after a few tries I was finally able to get into the server

if it was local host by someone and that host has such mods, it will also cause others to get that error. if the host didn't set cvar download to fake url

How do you set the fake url? I am having this issue lately with some friends trying to join me

This issue just stopped happening for me one day. And never happened again.
