i dont know how to fix it use the snd_legacy_surround 1 still not work
it because of too many mods of just a game issue

Game is running out of allocated memory of 256mb for models and sounds and is unable to free enough memory because your custom models and sounds are too big in file size. One way to fix it to reduce the amount of high poly models you use or simply increase the limit with this launch parameter.

-heapsize 750000 (Rounds to 512mb, which should be enough.)

You can use "mem_dump" command to see the limits.

2048MB Of More You Can Check On Same Command But Just " heapsize " it will show you how much heapsize left you still can use and fix the lagging sound in-game
