Regarding Pain Pills and Adrenaline Shots.
As an amateur player, I feel the need to clarify something before I play another campaign in order to be a better team player. Specifically, I want to know how I can stack up boosts in temporary health and speed to maximise the usage of Pills and Adrenaline shots.

For example, let's say that I revive an incapacitated teammate [Let's call them I.T.], who has 30 bleed-out health. There are both a bottle of pills and an adrenaline shot nearby, and I want I.T to go as fast as they can to our team's destination. [Like say, the Rescue Vehicle.]

The question is, should I give I.T pills first [+50 bleed-out health, lifting their health above 40.] before giving them a shot [+25 bleed-out health, speed boost percentage.] to make them go even faster, or does the order in which I give I.T temporary health items not matter?

Meds first as the Shot takes a bit longer then a bottle of Meds

Pills in my opinion are allot more usefull than adrenaline for long term use. A stratergy that people use in expert is to not use first aid until they're black and white, and only use pills and adrenaline before then. Pills are just overall better because of the massive temp health boost in my opinion.

there's also a longer time on the Adrenaline Shot sense it has the cap on it before you inject the Meds are if i remember how long they take are at most 3 to 6 seconds from start to finish while the Shot seems to go up to 9 seconds i could be butchering those so if someone can get conferming information that would be great

Well, I'd say going for pills (here) is a good thing. I think that needing adrenaline means something already went wrong in the game.

Adreneline is a " gimmick " to me. It's usefulness only shows on certain campaigns. To be specific , Swamp Fever , Hard Rain & Cold Stream. Those 3 campaigns force you to navigate bodies of water that normally slow you down. You go to above - standard movement speed if you use adreneline while in those waters. Hence you go optimal speeds while under the effects of adeneline in water.

If the escape is close, it doesn't matter. If you're doing something that's long distance or long amount of time, pills are better.

Adrenaline is also good for quick reviving, quick healing, quick defibbing. Quick revive + quick heal is pretty nice during tank fights or runs.

Adrenaline is a very strategic item..
Its alows you to do anything fast, even some events can be done faster..

It helps you to heal in a dangerous situations, get any IT up really fast, and some times even help you to activate some event faster, but does not give you much Hp, its more like a kick in..
Very helpfull item to save for the last moments, running to escape or something like that..

yeah Valve had to balance the Shot in with the Meds sense they give you the +50 Temp Health so they made it so that it gave you only half of that (i think anyway) but it is useful for the things you mentioned (unless your me where things just love to appear out of the Darkness and ♥♥♥♥ me)

As people already stated:
Medpack when the next incapacitation would kill you.

Pills when you are below 40% in general. You may want to save them for an event, if there ain't enough pills around and use them when a tank comes.

Adrenaline shot when :poop: hits the fan, like the need to get your mates back up quickly or run through water.

So in general you would want to give pills and keep the adrenaline shot for strategic use.
