Zombie head boost
How do I do this? I have seen videos where people jump on a common infecteds head, and they get a boost.

You jump on their head...and you will get a little boost (slightly higher than a normal jump). This usually involves the common trying to climb over an obstacle first. This can also be lethal under the right circumstances, launching you very high into the air, killing you upon landing.

Isn't there away to do the boost, so you can jump over walls, and what not?

You can use the boost in a way that will allow you to jump onto a place you normally couldn't jump onto. This can be used to give yourself a defensive advantage. This can also be useful to get go back through some point-of-no-returns. There are also places where you can use the technique to skip a portion of the map. The height of the boost depends on your acceleration at the time of the jump, so if you were bunny hopping then you can actually go flying, which usually is lethal.

Need confirmation on that.

I've seen people getting a death jump out of a stationary boost (see this video).
It seems to depend on the timing you're jumping, and where you're landing relatively to the center of the zombie. But I couldn't get the fine word of it since it does not happen often.

You can also use zombie boosting to get a huuuge horizontal acceleration. You need to kill/bash the zombies at the same time you jump on his head, and that's really difficult without scripts. View this video for tutorial, and this one because it's amazing.
