Game is broken.

So I start up the game and it runs fine to the menu and I go through all the tabs and what not but as soon as I try loading up a map or join an online game it puts up the loading screen then i get a black screen with the sound looping and eventuallys it blue screens my computer and force restarts it. Please help if you can.

I just HAVE to rant about what just happened. This is regards to bad hit register. I went to crown kill a Witch. The game startled her as if she was shot. However. The game did NOT register ANY hit on her. This was proof when the stage / chapter ended & it showed I did 0 damage to the Witch. How did the game startle her instantly unless I ACTUALLY did hit her ? My hit did 0 damage ?! I don't think so ! What is worst , I tried for a screenshot. But it was on the loading screen & did not show properly & save. Just goes to show what measures Valve does to cover - up their ♥♥♥♥ ups. No offense . . . but . . .

if you're getting blue screens update or roll back your video driver.
also make sure your sound driver is up to date. if you have a "store bought" computer i.e. HP, dell etc then go the manufactures website and update your drivers for your motherboard chipset, sound card etc. if your computer is a custom build then find the drivers for your components at their websites and update.
