L4D2 Workshop Manager is broken

ok , so today i created a mod for l4d2 and was ready to upload it to the workshop
so when i launched Workshop Manager from the l4d2 authoring tools , nothing happened ,
i have tried launching it and nothing happens ,
Workshop Manager does not launch ,
is anyone else having this issue aswell ?

Yes it appears yesterday's update broke the Workshop Manager, along with Steam Controllers.

I was trying to update one of my addons, and it won't open, thankfully I'm not the only one!

Pretty sure the same effect happens on when you get a new computer, unless it syncs, I don't remember anymore. I'm sure there's a configuration file from the L4D2 folder you can move over to have it recognize the previous addons.

I just checked, sadly such file doesn't exist, unless it's outside of the Common folder, I'll keep looking.

Seems to be a file most likely stored on Steam Cloud and not kept local

I've emailed the programmer working on L4D2. I imagine it should be resolved today or by tomorrow.
