Play lots of coops and you will find some.
Though in my experience most girls dont like playing with other girls.

Well just an ide` maybe start an gruop (Girls at l4d) or something. For some resons i always meet russians in L4d2 and not many use mic in my session. I wish i could meet Americans or pepole from my own country sometimes. Just an + if they use mic or if they are girls. That was an good question, should be awsome girls vs boys in L4d2 up for that or in same team.
