Do you guys hate L4D2 vote kicking system?

I am just wondering how people experience this getting such frustration after getting kicked randomly. I mean I know it is not fair but do you guys hate this vote kicking system?

No. I don't hate it. I've been kicked for stupid reasons before, too. Everyone has. The kicking system is the only defense against trolls. Let's say you're playing on Expert and genuinely trying really hard to beat it. You've worked on this campaign for an hour, nearing the end. Then, someone joins and decides to teamkill you. Without the kick feature, this person has free reign to do as they wish, and legitimate players are at their mercy.

Is the kick feature abused? Yeah, sometimes. So is, quite literally, everything else in life. The alternative is far, far worse. If the majority of the players do not want to play with you, why would you want to play with them? Just try not to take the kick personally, move on, and find another game.

The vote kick system or something similar is absolutely vital to the game being playable. WIthout it we would all be at the mercy of trolls and griefers.

The problem is the misuse of vote kicks by immature members of the community combined with just general apathy that leads most people to just hit F1 unless they have a compelling reason not to.

Its a people problem, not a mechanincal one.

Love the vote kick system. Without, you're looking at never having a pleasant gaming experince. If the majority wants someone gone, so be it. There needs to be a power that can eliminate greifers/hackers/etc. If you're not the teammate the team is looking for, then accept the kick and go to a different game.

Well, some people can take it personally when you ask the person why they votekicked you and they say "you suck at this game". But no, I am not completely against the vote kick system. I only think it should be used against trolls and teamkillers though.

I was playing a campain and i accidently shot zoey when she had a jockey on her, someonelse got the jockey off and then i gave her a medi pack then she cast a vote to kick me. Oh and this other time, i was on a server with this jerk who played as elis, and he kept killling me on purpose and attacking me, throwing biles at me, so i shot a shotgun at him twice and everyone voted to kick me.
