so many zombies

anybody knows why whenever i launch a game in solo there is at least 100x the number of zombies there is supposed to be ? ( its not one of my mods i checked )

you've obviously used mods to up the infected count.

no i dont have this mod i dont even know what it is i just killed a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ of zombies in survival and i played for about 200 hours , why would i even lie about that ?

I could be wrong, but I think there can only be like 300 zombies at a time... That's manageable. Try turning off all your mods, just to double check that it's not one of those.

you had your profile open and you had 20 hours of actual game play. i never called you a liar in the first place, i just said that in order to get over 700 kills per hour with your limited play time, you probably had a mod - either that or you were playing on a 3rd party server that was using plugins to up the infected population.

either way, here's what i would do.

favorite then unsubcribe to all your mods.

reboot your computer and then verify the game cache.

then play an official map on an official server.

that should clear it up.

Zombie kills in survival do not count for the overall stats, not the number nor the kills/hour, my dear friend.

that is incorrect. i play survival almost exclusively, i've played since 2009 and my kill count is 2.5 million with 23,800 survival games played... average infected killed per hour: 468.58

I'll try what you said zeppo but the fact is that the 700 kills per hours is surely a bug or its because of what is going on in the game right now anyway i just wanted to know if anybody ad the same "bug" than me so stop loading ♥♥♥♥ about my stats

thanks for the help guys i found out the problem
it was one of my mods but it wasnt lingering its a mod called super real zombies
wich increase their health, their speed and more recently their number
i appreciate the help u gaved me but the problem was way more simple than i thought

by lingering i meant you had a mod that was causing the problem. sometimes when you uncheck them they leave a residual behind. glad you got it going.

thank you btw you had me check my cache and i found a lot of other problem that was making my game crashing
