How to type commands in chatbox

In left4dead 2 I recently learn about console commands like "Sv_cheats 1" to enable commands in consol. But one command I am not getting is how to fly survivor. I know "noclips 1" but that is not fly. I saw a plyer enable it and survivor can fly by space bar key. And he did it by typing command in chatbox not by cosole. So my question is how to fly with space key + how to type commands in chatbox not by console?

It's not possible by default, unless the server has admin mod that allows player to execute the commands via chatbox.

@mumu Ok got your point, But what about fly? Is console provide option to fly by using space key? I saw a command on internet regarding this "Fly 1". But console doesn't recognize that command! So is there any way to fly survivors?

Hi mumu After I saw your reply, I searched on google regarding admin server and found that there is an addon that allow you to be an admin on server (may be local server only). And it allows you to type command in chatbox ;p Name of the addon is "Admin System". By this addon we can get full contol via commands. Seems like I got my answer ;p Ealrier I was finding results for console, Thanks for guiding me in right direction :-)
