Server is enforcing consistency for this file: cfg/cpu_level_0_pc.ekv

I keep getting this message when connecting to servers and I have sv_consistency 0 in the properties and the launch options and I validated my game and i'm still getting this, also it seems like when I type in sv_consistency in the game console it normally pops up saying sv_consistency 1 for some reason
and i forcefully have to change it to which doesn't seem to help any for some reason
no matter if my mods are loaded or not this error message still pops up even when I remove -insecure as well and even when I host I still get this error

does anyone know how to fix this strange error?

I looked up how to fix it and they said to validate left 4 dead 2 and I did but that didn't seem to work so I don't know what's going on

maybe try looking into your workshop mods? just being enabled could screw over your game a little

but that is one strange error to see

ive disabled all of my addons and i'm still getting this problem
what the f**k is going on? why won't this thing go away, it keeps kicking me out of versus game matches

Maybe the server you are trying to join has mods/addons and the server itself has sv_consistency set to 1.
