Report a translation problem
The best way to overcome this issue is to run the game in borderless windowed mode, and it should be fine afterwards. The only downside is that you cant adjust the ingame brightness but you can work around it by adjusting the brightness in your control panel settings.
I have run the game extensively in both fullscreen and windowed mode and so far I don't see any difference in fps/performance, for me at least.

maybe launch options play a part too, for me I use these settings so its worth a try:
