Yes, but you need to be aware that bot AI are awfull

Yes you can, but the bots are very stupid and the pressure will only be on you. The bots will not save you unless you kill all the zombies and this is a terrible glitch

Yes, the bots can be stupid sometimes but it can be "fixed" by subscribing to addons like these:

However, workshop addons doesnt work when you play offline, but it can be solved by moving the files from here:

Steam/steamapps/common/left 4 dead 2/left4dead2/addons/workshop

to here:

i dont mind if new players were to do that because they probably want to explore the environment, thats what i did too when i first started out, you have campaigns like dark carnival where certain part of the maps can be interacted with, like the high striker, whack-a-mole and shooting range

but when whole team is moving at same pace but theres always 1 guy shooting the carnival game for 2 minutes just to get the damn gnome....
it can be really annoying

i semi agree with this, if i know the player is new id usually just close one eye, but if it's a veteran then yea its a different story.

dont forget those players that CANT speedrun but continue to do so leaving the whole team behind and then when they get incapacitated they will complain and exit the game

dont forget those players that CANT speedrun but continue to do so leaving the whole team behind and then when they get incapacitated they will complain and exit the game

or those that use 2 medkits in safe room, 1 for themselves and take another one just in case.

meanwhile i really dont care how we play,i just go with the flow and my 50 mods that keep me motivated.

i have 2 blocked because they always do that and sadly play everyday so i came across them a lot....
some l4d players are really strange
thats literally all they do in all of their matches
