A new game by the Left 4 Dead Developers is releasing.
TurtleRock are the company that made Left 4 Dead 1 and they has revealed that they are doing a co-op L4D style game, while its not Valve this is probably the closest thing we will get to a L4D3 for now, No screenshots or gameplay has been revealed yet and it looks like the game might be a while from finished but it was announced less then an hour ago.

Also if u visit the website theres some FAQs questions u can read.

Didn't Romero make Night of the Living Dead?

Notice I said "made NotLD WITH".

Yeah, he and another guy (John Russo) worked together on the film, there was a falling out between them and each of them claimed they did the majority of the work. Russo wouldn't let the film be released unless he retained the rights, to which Romero agreed.


Judging by the sequels each person made, it's pretty obvious Romero actually did most of the work.

No, I understand it's an alt, I am asking what the purpose of playing that kind of game is.


Also the word cyborg doesn't really narrow it down at all. Makes me think of DC comics Cyborg, but "his colour" is blue not purple.

Never trust a Game dev
It was pretty much expected since datamining on the game revealed files and content related to a br like mode years ago, even before the genre becomes mainstream.

They also did a pretty good job with it. It's not enforced, and it's clearly a casual gamemode you can play when you're waiting for friends or whatever. Don't like? don't play, it's just only free additional content.

I hope that the gore will still be the same way as in l4d2. Maybe even better. And that the items gonna be random placed like in l4d2. Or that we can play with bots in singleplayer.

Ill religiously follow every bit of news like I did with evolve. I hope they learned the biggest lesson which is to not get in bed with the wrong publisher.

Honestly this blame the publisher thing has gotten out of hand now, it's an easy out.


Simple reality is that TR made a bad game that wasn't going to have any legs, 2K recognized it was a bad game and so frontloaded it with things like micros and cosmetics and such to try and get as much out of it as possible, which soured the public reception of the game, which killed it off faster than it otherwise would have died.


Or in other words neither side is blameless or totally responsible.
