These were ripped from L4D2 xbox non modified..have fun putting into a cfg!
Try this. Go to your Steam folder and find this location: steamapps\common\Left 4 Dead 2\left4dead2\cfg
And if it's not already there, create a text file called "autoexec.cfg", then copy and paste Mr. Orange Pony's configuration there. Unless I'm wrong, the numerical values should be in quotes. For example, host_framerate 30 should be host_framerate "30"
That should work because I believe the autoexec is executed last, so it should override any previous settings in other config files.
That's also a weird config. First they enable grain, then they disable it. Still, maybe it will give you what you want.
