Does Nick has O.C.D?
One of the lines of Coach from the passing
"Nick! Get you O.C.D smellin´a$$ MOVIN´!"
Coach doesn´t tell lies
Or does he?

if he is reffering to nick's fear of sewers then that is not OCD, that is just not wanting to stain his $3.000 suit

REAL OCD is completely something else, and I know because I have it

I don't understand what you're trying to say.
I don't think Coach ever says that.

Also, I think you are confusing Nick with Louis. Because Louis has a knee injury at some point, not Nick. His "legs aren't working, but he can still shoot his BA gun".
Or at least, that is his line, if I remember correctly.

Also, he may have simply sprained an ankle, because it is never explained, if he actually has osteochondritis dissecans.

I think Nick fear germs & bacterias in general because there´s plently of lines where he says that the green flu could´ve been avoid if people washed they hands,kinda ironic if you think that nick said that back in 2010-2009;
Nick suit´s get splashed with zombie brains all the time and i never saw him complan about that,but just because he was in a sewer...he´s gonna bring up that he doesn´t want to stain he´s $3000 dollars suit...:steamfacepalm:

But where in the story does Nick suffers from a bone condition? Are you sure you're not confusing things?

If anything, it's Bill and Louis that complain about their knees. Or at least, Bill has issues with stairs, and Louis can't walk because his legs are "messed up".

One of Nicks lines is actually: “Brains come out, swamp water doesn’t. Don’t ask me how I know that.” - I assume the same goes for sewer water :steamhappy:

thats exactly why i said maybe or maybe not and im sure hes refareing to that line

as i said before id rather not jump into sewer water by that i was implying ocd reasons or not nick or any of the survivors would actually want to jump into the sewers they only go in as a last resort

may not be ocd but nick dosnt want to go in there ether way and i dont blame him

im not sure if it is unused or not but there is a line about that presumably for the drop of the passing or the mini sewer thing in parish (just before the car alarm area)

Abbreviations can mean different things. Considering the topic is about a survivor not moving, I assumed he was talking about a joint condition, not about a neurotic condition.

Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) is a common, chronic, and long-lasting disorder in which a person has uncontrollable, reoccurring thoughts (obsessions) and/or behaviors (compulsions) that he or she feels the urge to repeat over and over.

Yes, all gamers have an obsessive compulsive disorder, we know. It's practically a requirement to be able to play games. But it's also a joint condition: osteochondritis dissecans.

Ha, ha. But how can we know that he's talking about germs? Because it makes sense to think that he's talking about his joints, in the context of this game title, because the topic has to do with running or walking. And if Nick can't go faster, and Coach tells him to move, we assume that he is talking about running from saveroom to saveroom, or picking up gas cans or whatever.

>coach is a coach,he trained younger boys,he has knowledge in how to deal with teens,
he possibly trained teens with OCD;
->The knowledge of training possibly gave coach ability to ditigish OCD on people
-->Coach probably think nick has OCD (alot of reasons to think so,coach speaking-wise)
---->Maybe be true but only VALVe writters can confirm that!

hes talking about "obsessive-compulsive personality disorder" and you can directly tell the diffrence by "ocd smellin ass" (smelling is implying the smell of odors)

also obsessive-compulsive personality disorder is the useuall definition of O.C.D

and while it could be to do with the joint.. ehh if they can move around just fine after a hunter pounceing from 100m away landing ontop ofyou tearing you to shreads and they get up likes its nothing...

some joint condition is nothing compaired to everything else they deal with

also just by the context of the line it can be implies entering somewhere filthy (maybe it be a sewer, dumpster etc)

its just assumed sewers because of well the drop in the passing or the drop in parish where you enter that "sewer" (hate saying its a sewer just because of it just being a box with water)

also even if we consider that is the case then we come back round to the question of if he has the OCD or not

theres 0 proof of how this line was intended to be used as it went unused and the context of the way he says it would kinda tell a diffrent story and besides if anything there beat up to the point that some joint issue means nothing to them
