If Louis' pills lines were just plain boring, what would you think would've happened to the community as a result?

My Theory:

The community would be (a bit, some, or not) less popular than it is now, along with Louis.
Pills would just be seen as a plain old item with the rest and is not sought after much by Louis fans.
Many mods/art/videos about Louis will not contain pills as his signature item.
Ellis might still get famous for the adrenaline 'BBBBBRRRRR' line. (assuming he doesn't get the same treatment)
Not much would change with the games themselves, but it would have an impact on the fanbase.

(I dont read the news about L4D so sorry if i got some things wrong.)

Man, that was the day, listening to that constanlty.

Whiles it wouldn't of affect the fact L4D1 got the game of the year (which would've already gave it a good boost already)
Having a meme from your game is actually a very good way to get your game popular, although the meme is beyond dead, VRChat got alot of people playing it because of ugandian knuckles and people posting it on youtube.

In otherwords, if it weren't for the Louis grabbing pills, not only would Ellis most likely do something similar with adrenaline and become a meme in process, but the game wouldn't had a large following which is also something good since they were considering a sequal, and if you already got a large following it'd mean L4D2 would atleast get a good boost already.

So, it could be safe to assume L4D2 would've been dead by now or just not had alot of people playing.
