Also I apparently had a corrupted mod that edited sound files. Sometimes the game would start up, alot of times I would just crash to desktop for no apparent reason without a crash log or error message. If you are using any sound editing mods I would suggest you look into them.
Hopefully this works out for you. It helped me and might most likely help you.

in your console after starting the game. In worst case scenerio if you are using Windows 10 you might want to do a update rollback or a driver roll back since alot of users have reported issues with windows 10 updates causing game instability. I had to do a roll back myself as well. My game would crash after about 15 - 20 minutes before I did the roll back.
I haven't had crashes for a while and I will set the launch parameters ™ mentioned.
I had a crash to desktop just now after installing the LED Flashlight mod, but not before it.
