Zombies having corrupted textures

Hi im new to the game and on the first chapter every zombie has this black texture all over their face how can I fix this?

did you switch to desktop and back while playing?

Just restart your game and it'll be fixed. Only tab out if you're not loading. Windowed borderless mode doesn't have this problem.

had someone incapped and about 15 communs appear out of sweet nothing surrounding after clearing

this usually happens if you switch to desktop during the loadings screens between levels or starting a campaign, just don’t do it and it won’t happen

by the way it fixes the next level if you don’t do it again
