If noobs want to be accepted they should put the effort in to learn instead of ruining games, such as not joining a Versus game when they don't even know the map or controls, which will absolutely destroy their team on Survivor and it isn't fair to the other 3 people who just had their match ruined.
If they want to be selfish and put the burden of their inexperience on their teammates then they shouldn't be surprised when their teammates don't want to play with them. Especially within a competitive mode. How is a 1 hour rambo noob going to compete against a 2,000 hour player, the answer is they aren't and they will just stack the teams up for a stomp with the only solution being to kick them to balance the match.
By your logic, noobs are not allowed to join versus and suppose to put in effort by learning the game mode where exactly ?
If you wish, I can gather some links to all the best resources and post them here.
The excuse of "well no wonder I'm bad at versus, there are zero tutorials" is not true whatsoever, and whoever says that is typically unwilling to learn how to play anyway.
There are so many resources the new player can use out there that there is honestly no excuse to make the PvP mode your learning grounds. PvP is not a good place to learn, especially the fast paced PvP of this game.
Noobs are most often kicked for their Survivor play, not as often for their Infected play. Survivors are much more important to play correctly as infected can only prey on their mistakes, if you make lots of mistakes you will take heavy damage and set your own team up to take damage too. Therefore improving their survivor play will greatly help not getting kicked.
Infected play is all about teamwork not going alone, you don't need to learn much more other then that to avoid being kicked. As long as you are spawning with your team and not going alone (until you know the right times to attack alone, that is) then you will rarely be kicked for infected play unless you waste a deathcharge or deathsmoke (which is map knowledge, not infected knowledge. Survivors have to know these spots too otherwise they will die to them.)
Map Knowledge is the most important aspect to Versus. If you don't know the map you pretty much already lost and took your team with you. Not only to avoid getting lost, but also to know where the dangerous areas are, where the next attack will be, where items are, what to expect, etc.
You won't learn anything in a stomp and you won't learn anything if your team doesn't wanna play with you and kicks you. That is why it is better to get that experience in a more controlled environment such as Single Player or Single Player addon for Versus.
Maybe check how many hours I have on the game before offering me your garbage guides ?
All these video tutorials and what not are useless, you're not going to learn anything if you're are not actually playing the thing, and you talking about learning versus by playing with bots in singleplayer just make me laugh honestly.
