High sensitivity and aiming issues?

So whenever I join a game, I get extremely high sensitivity horizontally. I tried turning my sens down to 0.0001 just to make it bearable but then I can't aim up or down.

Here's everything I've tried:
Uninstalling and reinstalling.
Uninstalling, deleting remaining game files, and reinstalling.
Verifying game cache.
Resetting keys.
Removing all addons.
-autoconfig

Nothing works. Help? Maybe it's something in the cloud, how do I reset that kinda stuff?

and yes, I've tried messing around with my mouse settings both in game and out of game. It's definitely an in-game problem.

Any addons/mods instaled?

You can try to delete config.cfg (must disable steam cloud) and start over to see..

ps: Uninstall and install does not do much if it is a config issue.

Any chance you have messed around with Controllers or settings for these? Also, have you tried Raw Input for mouse? Have you or something messed with m_pitch or m_yaw?

delete everything (including game folder)

see if it worked

Try m_yaw 0.022 see if that fixes it

try the m_yaw first, could be that..
m_yaw and m_pitch controls has something to do with mouse horizontal and vertical sensitivity, i dont know why, but m_pitch cant be changed, but m_yaw can.

On the game properties you can disable steam cloud saving.
