Bill's fullname is William Bill Overback. And no, it's not supposed to be Shakespear reference.

I still wonder where all of this is solidified in the title as it being undeniable and irrefutable lore.

How do you know she is not referencing Shakespeare? On what grounds did you believe that this was his name, and not something else?

Bill and William are the same name. They are used interchangably or as short-hands for eachother. Another example of this in english is "♥♥♥♥" and "Richard".

maybe the comics or something will say otherwise but yea
