The console is a feature of many games that can be used to change certain elements of a game. In Left 4 Dead and Left 4 Dead 2, it can be activated in the Options menu (go to "Keyboard/Mouse", then Enable the "Allow Developer Console" option) and then displayed by pressing the tilde (~) key.
No bro I am check all in internet and my setting l4d2 I'm open and setting all taught in youtube and google but I can't. So I came here for advice because I did everything but I couldn't open the console.
Do you turned on the developer console in the keyboard and mouse settings?
1. Create a bind in your autoexec.cfg or config.cfg
2. Enable console access by throwing this to your config
3. Add following to your game launch parameters
4. When you start the game, the console will pop up automaticly. When you are in the main menu and the console does not show up by pressing F9, hover over any menu entry and hit F9 again.
