Banned for using Admins System addons or Cheat engine.

hey, i just got banned from L4D2 because i was using admins or cheat engine. first i use admins system for having fun with my friends, also admins system is a addons... so basically if i get banned for using it.. why that addons we're in workshop.. so maybe the main problem is cheat engine.. yesterday i was training to bunny hop in L4D2.. but i want to make it slower so i use cheat engine to slow my game speed to 0.7 .... does that make u get banned by using third app?... i'm curios tho i was playing at single player and trying to learn bunnyhopping. well of course i'm gonna buy this game again at another account because VAC got 0 tolerance T_T.

profile says 1 or more vac ban

i got banned at Unturned(i forgot what did i do because it is already 3 years ago) and Left 4 dead 2 only.

i use this already to get achievement at single player. will i get banned for using that addons to get achievement? also i never knew there's a time scale command in this addons...

Better yet: why the ♥♥♥♥ would you use cheat engine, when workshop already has all the mods that can do nearly or exactly the same thing, with the best thing being no risk of being VAC banned?

its always best to ask before doing somethin that you dont know especially using 3rd party things on games
