you can recompile mod and delete weapon_sniper_awp file and mod must work.

i turn off the awp mod and now evrything works

I run into this a lot, where a gun mod has a script included for no apparent reason. I get that some want to modify the gun to more accurately fit the new gun it's modeled into, but since that easily causes consistency issues I always remove it when I see it.

One way to do this (if you're not afraid of doing something yourself) is to use a program called "Crowbar" to download from the workshop page URL instead of subscribing to it. You can then use the same program (or another like GCFScape) to extract the VPK, delete the script(s), then repack into a VPK to put in your left4dead2/addons folder.
