It's a survival/predatory thing. Many people aren't leaders. They'll follow other people's lead to blend in and hope they aren't next; Many will even enjoy watching a random player/person thrown under the metaphorical bus.
The worst part is that this is a more unconscious/instinctive decision. If you challenge people to think critically on their behavior, there's a 10:1 chance of them drawing a blank.
Your solution is to find people you know you can have a good time with and allocate some time to play with them.
Life is full of problems, no need to allow room for more stressors.
You also need to realize Turks aren't the only people toxic in this game. Russians, Poles, Germans, etc also tend to be rude. Most of them are also noobs. I actually consider myself toxic in some cases, though I'm only toxic if somebody in my team did something wrong on purpose, like rushing.
I believe Turks just want to be on the same side, so they support each other and they start insulting you along with the other Turks. There's no solution to that.
Still, if you don't like somebody, you can always block them and you'll never meet them again, unless in community servers.
