red round radar at top right of screen
i have a big red round radar looking thing that seems to light up with sounds, i have no workshop items installed and just fully wiped the game and reinstalled it and its still there, does anyone know how to get rid of it?

That is most likely some third-party overlay. Disable any overlay that you use externally

i dont use any overlays, or what do you mean by overlays?

What external programs do you have running on Windows? Disable all of them.

Can you check for any audio/graphics programs you have that has its own settings?

Within those settings search for anything that says stuff about an "overlay".

Whatever setting you see about an "overlay", disable it.

Dolby Atmos, right, that's the overlay that's shown there.

Most people forget about that or don't even know that this is something they have.
